LEMON CAKE PUDDING 
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 egg whites, stiffly beaten
1/4 c. flour
1 c. milk

Mix sugar, flour; add lemon juice and milk slowly. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites. Pour into a well buttered baking dish, and set in a pan of cold water. Bake on 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
