LEMON CAKE PIE PUDDING | |
1 lemon, rind and juice 3 tbsp. flour mixed with milk 3 eggs 1 c. sugar 1 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. melted Crisco or butter Beat egg yolks with sugar, stir in milk - lemon rind juices and flour mixture. Add melted shortening - fold in beaten egg whites - place in baking dish in pan of water. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes. |
