OYSTERS MOSCA 
4 dozen oysters
About 1/2 c. oyster liquid
1/2 tsp. thyme
3/4 tsp. oregano
3 toes garlic, finely chopped or 1 tsp. powdered garlic
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. green onion
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. red pepper
Salt and pepper to taste

Saute onion in butter, add seasonings, also celery and garlic. Add oysters. When edges curl, add liquid; fold in 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs. Put in casserole or individual dishes, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

This may also be layered in a casserole dish, starting with oysters, then mixture and topped with cheese and bread crumbs.
