BROILED SHRIMP WITH RICE 
1 lb. raw shrimp
1 stick butter
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. chopped onion
Dash red pepper
2 tbsp. ketchup
1 tsp. lemon juice
Salt to taste
1 tsp. chopped parsley
Pepper to taste

Peel and devein shrimp. Melt butter in heavy skillet. Add all of the seasonings and shrimp. Simmer for 30 minutes. Serve over rice for a delicious, quick dinner.
