ITALIAN BROILED SHRIMP 
24 lg. shrimp, peeled
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. olive oil

Roll shrimp in flour, in flat broiling dish, butter, add oil's, heat until bubbly. Place shrimp in pan, coating with oil and butter. Broil about 3 minutes. Won't brown.

4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. flour
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. hot water
2 tsp. garlic
1/2 tsp. oregano

Cook about 5 minutes or until fairly thick. Pour over shrimp, stir well. Put under broiler 3 to 4 minutes. Shrimp will be pink. Serve with French garlic bread.
