BROILED SHRIMP 
24 raw shrimp
4 tbsp. butter
4 tsp. lemon juice
8 dashes Tabasco
3 tbsp. bread crumbs
3 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Peel and clean shrimp and pat dry. Put in tablespoon of butter in each of 4 ramekins and melt in oven. Add 1 teaspoon lemon juice to each ramekin and lay 6 shrimp in each, not overlapping. Put a couple of dashes of Tabasco in each serving and sprinkle with crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Put under broiler 7 to 10 minutes.
