BROILED SHRIMP 
1 lb. fresh, uncooked shrimp (med.-lg.)
3 1/2 tbsp. vegetable oil
3 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. fresh chopped garlic
2/3 c. bread crumbs (seasoned or unseasoned)
Parsley
3/4 tsp. salt

Mix all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate at least 1/2 hour. Broil until brown (you may have to turn shrimp to brown on both sides). HINT: Medium shrimp makes a great appetizer. Large shrimp make a great entree.
