STUFFED MANICOTTI 
1 box manicotti shells, cooked in boiling water 2 minutes, then drained
1 1/2 lb. lean hamburger
1 lb. Italian sausage
1 lb. Ricotta cheese
1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Sm. container sm. curd Cottage cheese (drained and rinsed)

Cook hamburger with sausage. Drain and crumble into fine mixture. Mix meat mixture with cheese, stuff shells and place in a lightly greased baking dish. Cover generously with homemade spaghetti or Italian sauce. Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with salad and Italian bread.

Note: Italian seasoning, fresh garlic, chopped onion and sweet peppers are options that can be added to the meat while cooking.
