STUFFED MANICOTTI 
1 pkg. manicotti shells, cooked & drained
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tsp. onion powder (or garlic powder)
1 lb. ground chuck, cooked & drained
1/4 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 eggs, beaten
1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
Parmesan cheese, grated

Spread sauce and beef in baking dish, using half of the mixture. Heat over 400 degrees. In medium bowl, mix spinach, Mozzarella cheese, eggs and garlic or onion powder. Stuff mixture into each shell. Place shells in baking dish. Cover with remaining sauce. Cover with foil. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

Freezes well for make ahead meals.
