SPINACH SALAD 
1 lb. fresh spinach
1 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
sliced strawberries or mandarin oranges

Dressing:

1/2 c. salad oil
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. catsup
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. malt vinegar

Heat dressing until sugar melts, but liquid does not boil. Cool.

Combine all ingredients, except eggs, bacon and strawberries, in a large salad bowl. Pour dressing over greens and garnish with eggs, bacon and strawberries.
