PASTA AND SEA SCALLOPS 
1 lb. fresh pasta - linguine
1/2 c. olive oil
Juice of lemon
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
1/2-1 lb. sea scallops
Fresh basil (or 1 tsp. dried basil)
Salt
White pepper

Cook pasta. Heat oil and cook sea scallops for 30 seconds or longer until done. Put pasta in bowl and pour cooked scallops over noodles. Drizzle with other ingredients and toss. Serve with salad and rolls.

Thank you for the recipe. Used 1lb of sea scallops and dried basil-VERY LEMONY. It was OK but probably will not make it the same way again. Needed less lemon and perhaps some spice...like garlic and regular pepper. Not everyone has the same tastes-but very easy to make.
