3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
3/4 c. oil

Add to dry ingredients 4 cups of apples cut very small and 1 cup of walnuts. Add to batter. Batter will be very stiff. Pour into a greased tube pan and bake for 1 hour and 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Check after 1 hour. Cake may be topped with cinnamon, sugar, and more nuts.
