4 c. apples
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. walnuts

Dice apples. Mix with sugar. Beat in eggs. Add oil and vanilla. Mix together flour, cinnamon and baking soda. Add chopped walnuts.

Bake 1 hour at 350°F.

If you prefer, cream cheese frosting.
