4 c. apples, chopped
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. walnuts, chopped

Combine apples and sugar. Let stand. Beat eggs slightly with oil and vanilla. Mix flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Stir in apples and walnuts. Mix well.

Pour into greased pan and bake at 350°F for about 1 hour.
