BURGER STEAKS 
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
Salt and pepper
1 tbsp. oil
1 green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. sliced onion
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce

Shape meat into 4 steaks, brown over medium heat, drain fat. Add oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper, celery, onion, green pepper, pour on tomato sauce. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
