IRISH BURGERS 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 c. grated potatoes
1/2 c. chopped carrots
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 egg
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix and form into patties. Broil 5 minutes on each side. Serve on 8 buns buttered.
