MICROWAVE GREEN PEPPERS 
3 lg. green peppers
1 lb. hamburger
1/3 c. rolled oats
1 egg
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano

Cut peppers in half lengthwise. Arrange in an 8 x 12 inch glass baking dish. Add 1/4 cup water. Cover lightly with plastic wrap. Microwave 4 minutes. Combine remaining ingredients in a 1 quart casserole. Microwave 7-8 minutes until meat is cooked. Lightly until the peppers, arrange in 8 x 12 inch dish. Add 1/4 cup water. Cover with plastic. Microwave 10 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
