MICROWAVE STUFFED GREEN PEPPERS 
5 med. to lg. green peppers, cut in half with stems, seeds and membranes removed
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. chopped onions
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. precooked Minute rice
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
Salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste

Arrange pepper halves snugly in microwave dish. Mix together rest of ingredients. Stuff pepper halves with meat mixture and pour another can of tomato sauce over filled peppers. Cover with plastic. Cook in microwave on almost high (80-90%) for 15 minutes; baste with juices and cook for 15 minutes longer.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
