MICROWAVE STUFFED MUSHROOMS WITH
SPINACH
 
6 oz. frozen spinach souffle
1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 oz. fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. salt

Remove souffle from foil. Divide in half with sharp knife. Return to freezer. In small bowl, defrost at 50% power for 2-5 minutes. Mix in other ingredients, except mushrooms. Wash mushrooms, remove and chop stems. Place stems in small bowl with butter. Microwave at high for 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes. Mix with other ingredients and stuff caps. Microwave 1 1/2 to 3 minutes, rotating caps.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
