KOLACHES 
1 sq. yeast or 1/4 of 10 c. worth piece or 1 inch sq.
2 c. milk (lukewarm)
3 c. flour
1 tsp. sugar

Let rise about 45 minutes. While waiting mix second dough.

SECOND DOUGH:

1 whole egg
2 egg yolks
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening

After first dough has risen add second. Mix and add 3 1/2 cups flour. Let rise. Put fruit of your choice on top. Makes 6 dozen. Bake at 300 degrees or until done.
