DELICIOUS PIE CRUST 
1 1/2 c. sifted plain flour
1 1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. cold milk

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Into an 8 inch pie plate, sift flour, sugar, and salt. In measuring cup combine oil and milk, beating with a fork. Pour, all at once, over flour, mixing with fork until flour is completely moistened. With fingers press pastry evenly and firmly over bottom of plate, then press up sides. Flute lightly, prick surface. Bake 12-15 minutes.
