DELICIOUS PEACH COBBLER 
1 qt. peaches, fresh or frozen
1 med. size can pineapple tidbits & juice
1/2 stick butter
1 qt. water (more if needed)
2 to 3 c. sugar

Put these 5 ingredients in a big saucepan and bring to boil.

2 Pillsbury pie crusts

Slice 1 crust into strips and lay in the bottom of a long baking dish. Put in oven and bake to a light brown at 400 degrees. Take out of oven and add hot peaches and juice.

Then cut the other pie crust into strips and lay on top. Return to oven and bake until crust is brown.

I added cinnamon to this recipe while boiling. It tasted wonderful! However, I suggest using about half of the water than this recipe calls for as the end product was very soupy.
