THE BEST, EASIEST CORN BREAD
EVER!
 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix (Jiffy)
1 egg
1/3 cup milk
1 (15 oz.) can whole kernel corn
1 (15 oz.) can cream style corn
1 (8 oz.) tub dairy sour cream (Daisy)

Preheat oven to 400°F.

Prepare corn muffin mix in a medium bowl according to package directions (using egg and milk). Stir in remaining ingredients.

Pour mix into a glass baking dish and let bake in oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
