1/2 c. butter
1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. flakes coconut
1 (20 oz.) can sliced apple
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. sour cream (8 oz.)
1 egg

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Cut butter into cake mix until crumbly. Mix in coconut. Pat mixture into oblong pan 13 x 9 x 2 inches, building up edges. Bake 10 minutes.

Arrange apples on warm crust. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples. Blend sour cream and eggs, and drizzle over apples. Bake 25 minutes.
