BROCCOLI SOUP 
6 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. chopped onion
5 tbsp. flour
1 c. chicken broth
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Dash nutmeg
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli

Melt butter, saute onion. Blend in flour. Gradually stir in broth. Stirring constantly, add milk and spices. Cook over medium heat until thickened. Add thawed broccoli and puree in blender. Return to pan and cook 5 minutes. 4 servings.
