CREAM OF BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 lg. bunch broccoli, cut in sm. pieces
1 onion, finely chopped
3 tbsp. butter
3 1/2 tbsp. flour
4 c. chicken broth
1/2 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
1 c. cream or half & half

Melt butter in large saucepan. Add onions and saute until tender. Sprinkle flour over onion and stir well. Add broth and bring to a boil for 3 minutes. Add broccoli, celery salt and nutmeg. Gently boil until tender. Add cream and heat.

Add 4-5 tsp (or to taste) Old Bay Seasoning to give this a 'crab soup' taste. Seasoned right it'll fool many to thinking they are dining on crab soup.
