CHEESE BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 c. onion, diced
1 c. carrots, diced
1 c. celery, diced
2 c. broccoli, cut up
1 can (49 1/2 oz.) chicken broth
1/2 c. flour OR cornstarch
2 c. milk
16 oz. Cheez Whiz (softened in microwave)
Salt & pepper, to taste

Saute vegetables in butter until tender. Add broth. Mix flour and milk together and add to vegetables. Bring to a boil. Will start to thicken in about 5-10 minutes. Add Cheez Whiz. Simmer.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
