CHERRY COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2/3 c. butter
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 can cherry pie filling

Mix sugar, flour, butter, soda and salt. Save 1 cup of this for topping. Add milk, mix and pour in 9 x 13 inch greased and floured pan. Add cherry pie filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
