PIZZA MEATBALLS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. milk
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/8 tsp. pepper
3-4 oz. block mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2" cubes
Flour
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can pizza sauce

Mix beef, milk, bread crumbs, garlic salt, onion and pepper. Form meat mixture around cubes of cheese, making 12 large meatballs. Roll meatballs in flour; brown in large frying pan. Place in casserole and pour pizza sauce over. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
