CHICKEN CASHEW CASSEROLE 
3 med. size cans chow mein noodles (save a few for topping)
3 cans cream of mushroom soup
8 whole skinned, boned, cooked chicken breasts cut into pieces
3-4 oz. cans cashew nuts
3/4 c. broth from cooking chicken
3 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped onion

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients together except noodles. When ready to bake, add noodles, mix well and top casserole with reserved noodles. Bake 45 minutes in 9x13 or 10x14 pan (best size). Serves 12.
