CASHEW CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles (reserve 1/4 cup for top)
1/4 c. water
1 can chunk chicken
1/4 c. cashews
1/4 c. diced onions
1/4 c. chopped celery

Combine all ingredients together; bake in a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish for 40 minutes at 325 degrees. Sprinkle with remaining noodles. Serve 5.
