CHICKEN-CASHEW CASSEROLE 
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. onions
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chicken broth
1 can Franko brown mushroom gravy
1 c. milk
2 c. diced chicken
1 c. cashews
1 lg. can of chow mein noodles

Saute celery and onions in 1 tablespoon butter. Add flour, butter and chicken broth, simmer this. Add remaining mushroom gravy, milk and chicken. Put in casserole dish. Top with cashews and chow mein noodles. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
