CHICKEN CASHEW CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
2 c. diced celery
1 c. chicken broth
2 cans mushroom soup, undiluted
12 drops Tabasco sauce
4 c. diced chicken
2 cans Chinese noodles
1 c. chopped cashew nuts

Saute onion and celery in butter. Add broth, soup, Tabasco, and diced chicken. Simmer 5 minutes.

Pour into buttered 13 x 9 casserole. Top with Chinese noodles and chopped cashews. Bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Serve 4-6.
