CHICKEN CASHEW CASSEROLE 
40 Ritz crackers, crushed (plain or cheese-flavored)
1 chicken, cooked & cut up
1 1/2 c. celery, cut fine
1 onion, finely chopped
1 sm. jar pimentos
1/2 c. water chestnuts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. chicken broth

Mix soup and broth. Put a little in greased casserole. Put in crumbs and rest of ingredients. Pour remaining soup mixture over all. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cashews on top of casserole last 15 minutes or baking.
