LO-CAL CHEESEBURGER PIE 
1 c. tomato sauce
4 oz. onion
1/2 med. green pepper, diced
1 beef bouillon cube
1 tsp. artificial sweetener
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. chili powder
8 oz. cooked ground beef
4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. cooked rice

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In saucepan, combine first 7 ingredients. Simmer 8-10 minutes until tender. Add beef, 3 oz. cheese, and rice. Stir until cheese melts. Turn into 8x10 inch Pam-sprayed baking pan. Sprinkle on remaining cheese. Bake 1/2 hour; let set 10 minutes. 4 servings.

WW: 2 oz. beef, 1 bread, 1 oz. limited vegetable, 1 oz. cheese, 1/2 bonus, 1/4 serving extra.
