NORWEGIAN FLAT BREAD 
1/2 lb. butter, softened
1 tbsp. Beau Monde seasoning (Spice Island)
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese (it must be fresh)

Mix ingredients together. Spread mixture on flat bread. Place on cookie sheets and bake at 250 degrees until they bubble and brown slightly. Remove. Cool on cake racks. Then stack and put in tin box and refrigerate.
