CRANBERRY SALAD | |
1 c. cranberries, sliced 1 c. apples, skin left on & sliced 1 c. white sugar 1 lg. pkg. or 2 sm. lemon Jello 1 c. hot water 1 c. pineapple juice 1/2 c. grapes, sliced 1/4 c. walnuts, chopped 1/2 c. pineapples, sm. pieces, not crushed Combine cranberries, apples and sugar; set aside. Dissolve Jello with water and pineapple juice. Let stand until thickened in 9 x 13 inch glass dish. Then add first 3 ingredients. Add the grapes, walnuts and pineapples. Refrigerate and enjoy with your holiday meals. Very pretty Jello salad. |
