ZAGORA'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 onions, chopped
2 green peppers, chopped
3 stalks celery, chopped
1-2 cloves garlic, chopped fine
2 sm. cans tomato sauce
1 can whole tomatoes
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper to taste
1 lb. ground beef (or use ground turkey or fish)
8 oz. mushrooms, sliced
Wine (optional)

Saute onions, green peppers, celery, mushrooms and garlic. Drain some of the grease. Add the sauce, tomatoes, wine and seasonings. Cook 30 to 45 minutes. Mix with cooked spaghetti. If desired, add browned ground meat or cooked fish when adding the sauce, tomatoes, etc.
