SPAGHETTI WITH CLAM SAUCE 
1 tbsp. oil
1/4 c. wine
1 can whole clams
3 cloves of garlic (or more if needed)
2 tsp. onion powder
Dry basil (sprinkle until top of liquid is covered)
1 tbsp. parsley
Oregano (to taste)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
Tabasco (to taste)
1/2 lb. spaghetti
Romano cheese

Saute garlic in oil until brown. Add clams and stir. Add wine - let simmer. Add onion powder, basil, parsley, oregano, salt, pepper and Tabasco. To thicken, melt one square (1/4 inch thick). Add to mixture. In a glass mix 1 teaspoon of flour in 1/4 cup of warm water. Add to mixture. Let simmer. Pour mixture over spaghetti. Sprinkle with Romano cheese.
