AUNT OLGA'S DUMPLINGS 
1 c. milk
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. flour
4 eggs

Heat to boiling milk and butter; stir the flour in all at once. Let cool. Beat in eggs with a wooden spoon, one at a time. Drop by spoonful into hot soup broth. Cover and cook 20-25 minutes. Wonderful in chicken-vegetable soup.
