BAKED BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST 
5 chicken breast (boneless)
1 egg
Bread crumbs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk

Dip breasts in egg and then bread crumbs. Bake in 350 degree oven for about 1/2 hour. Then dilute soup with milk, pour over chicken. Bake another 1/2 hour.

Such a simple recipe, but my husband asked for more! He normally dislikes any kind of chicken breast dish. I would probably either double the mushroom soup, or milk next time to have more sauce. It went rather well with the stuffing I served. I also added some garlic powder, onion powder and pepper. You bet I'll be making this again!

This was easy and tasted great. My husband does not care for chicken breast. But I had some that I needed to use. He actually liked this recipe and my daughter helped with the prep and liked the food. I had some noodles and green beans with the sauce on top. Very enjoyable.
