1 mashed ripe avocado
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 lemon, juice only
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. crushed black pepper
1/2 tsp. anchovy paste
1/4 c. whipping cream

Mix well and refrigerate.
