AVOCADO WITH SHRIMP 
Lemon juice 1/2 lb. fresh shrimp

Cut avocados in half; after removing stones, brush avocados with some lemon juice. Stuff shrimp in cavity of avocado; spoon sauce over the shrimp.

SAUCE:

1/4 c. mayonnaise
3 tsp. ketchup
2 tsp. brandy
Few drops Tabasco
Pinch curry powder
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 finely chopped green onions

Combine and mix well.

I like to make the sauce the day before and refrigerate overnight. Serve avocado on a bed of lettuce with a slice of fresh lemon garnish with parsley. This sauce is truly delicious - a favorite with all our friends. Serves 4.
