BARBECUED PORK CHOPS 
4 thick center-cut loin pork chops, 1 1/2 lb.
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. steak sauce
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp. brown sugar

Place chops in glass casserole. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and refrigerate. Marinate overnight turning several times. Grill over medium coals and baste occasionally with the marinade.
