PORK BARBECUE 
2 1/2 lbs. loin pork or fresh shoulder, cut in sm. pieces
2 c. water
1 sm. bottle catsup
2 c. chopped onions
1 c. chopped celery (optional)
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. allspice
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook in salt water until tender, cool.

Add above ingredients to meat; shred meat very fine. Use your fingers to pull meat apart. Simmer all together for 1 hour or longer. Makes 2 dozen sandwiches.
