FISH SALAD 
Chopped fish in sm. pieces, salmon is best (raw)
Juice from 2 lemons
1 c. malt vinegar
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 c. salt
Hot peppers, if desired

Let set 24 hours, rinse good. Add juice from 1 lemon, 2 chopped tomatoes, and 1 tablespoon malt vinegar. Let set for 3 to 4 hours. Serve with crackers.
