MOLDED FISH SALAD 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. cheddar cheese, cut in sm. cubes
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1 sm. can tuna, drained
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. half and half
1/2 c. chopped nutmeats
3 c. chopped celery

Mix and stir first 3 ingredients until syrupy. Mix the mayonnaise and half and half mixture with Jello mixture. Add all other ingredients. Pour into a large decorative mold (greased) and place in the refrigerator to set. Unmold carefully on a large platter and decorate with greens and olives.
