2 boxes white powdered sugar 1 (14 oz.) pkg. Angel Flake coconut 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk 1 stick butter, softened, not melted 1 qt. chopped pecans Mix and knead the above dough, roll into small balls, place on wax paper. SECOND MIXTURE: 3 (12 oz.) pkgs. Nestle morsels 1 1/2 bars paraffin wax (Or use chocolate almond bark.) Melt chocolate morsels and wax in double boiler over hot water. Dip first mixture into chocolate (use a toothpick or prongs). Let set on wax paper, then chill in refrigerator. (Best results if you keep candy refrigerated.) Makes lots and lots of candy. |
