COCONUT PECAN TOPPING 
1 (14 oz.) sweetened condensed milk
3 egg yolks
1/2 c. butter
1 (3 1/2 oz.) can flaked coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla

In heavy saucepan, combine milk and egg yolks. Mix well. Add butter. Over medium low heat, cook and stir until thickened and bubbly, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in coconut, pecans and vanilla. Cool 10 minutes before using.
