COCONUT PECAN TOPPING 
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. cream
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla

Heat sugar, egg, milk and butter until thick. Remove from heat and add rest of ingredients. Pour on cheesecake squares and cool. Cut bite size.
